TrueScope aims to make its public information and forms usable by as many people as possible.
Email support@truescope.co.za or use the TrueScope contact form. Describe the page, the task you were trying to complete and the format or assistance you need. Do not include confidential farm, supplier or financial information.
Our approach
We aim for clear headings, readable type, keyboard access, visible focus, labelled form controls, text alternatives and status messages that do not rely on colour alone. Public beta functions are reviewed before release and may remain unavailable while a barrier is being corrected.
Alternative formats and feedback
You may request public information in a practical alternative format or report an accessibility problem through our support address. We will acknowledge the request and explain the available next step. Accessibility feedback is handled separately from marketing consent.
